Co-Marketing is pretty simple, agents pay to show up as premier agents on our site in specific zip codes, and lenders can choose to contribute to the agents' budgets to show up alongside them as premier lenders. Lenders are specifically paying for advertising exposure, but in terms of contacts, some will only be sent to the agent. A Co-marketing lender will only be emailed a consumer's contact information if a consumer opts into the I want financing information option.
Because of this, frequent communication with the agent ensures the ability to set the appropriate business expectations and an overall successful experience in your shared marketing.
