Zillow’s integration with industry-leading third-party CRM providers two-way integration between Zillow and your CRM*. This means your updates will be automatically shared between your account in the Premier Agent app and your CRM app. *See currently available integration partner apps
As part of this integration, your Zillow leads in your CRM will have their stages limited to the following stages:
- New
- Attempted contact
- Spoke with customer
- Appointment set
- Met with customer
- Showing homes
- Listing agreement
- Active listing
- Submitting offers
- Under contract
- Closed
- Nurture
- Trash
Important Note: When you initiate the sync, if you have a Zillow lead in your CRM that is NOT in one of those stages, the stage will be automatically updated to the current status that is in the Premier Agent app.

Before getting started, it’s recommended to read the instruction guide for your third party CRM in its entirety:

After you’ve completed any necessary pre-work, follow the instructions below to turn on the Two-Way Integration:
- As a team lead, log in to your Zillow account.
- In the top right corner, click your photo to open the menu. Select Settings, then select App Integrations under General in the menu on the left side of the page.
Click the Add button in the center of the page, select your CRM from the drop-down menu, and click Next.
