What is App Integration?
The app integration enables third-party CRMs to seamlessly integrate with the Zillow ecosystem. Premier Agent partners can now leverage third-party tooling to manage and sync Zillow leads across systems. Opting in will initiate a two-way sync of your Zillow leads and updates with your CRM app.

- Please reach out to partnersupport@zillowgroup.com if you have questions or need assistance.
- Communication events in the third-party CRM will sync to Zillow but without the body of the message.
- Transactions are included in the two-way integration however, we recommend adding them in one system or the other.
- Any Zillow leads in the last six months will be included in the initial two-way sync, leads outside of the last six months will be included in the sync when a new event takes place on Zillow.
- At this time, Two-Way CRM Integration is only available for Team Leads.

- As part of this sync, your Zillow leads in your CRM will have their stages limited to the following stages:

- New
- Attempted contact
- Spoke with customer
- Appointment set
- Met with customer
- Showing homes
- Listing agreement
- Active listing
- Submitting offers
- Under contract
- Closed
- Nurture
- Trash

When you initiate the sync, if you have a Zillow lead in your CRM that is NOT in one of those stages, the stage will be automatically updated to the current status that is in the Premier Agent app.
Setting Up App CRM Integration:
Step 1: Log in to your Zillow account - in the top right corner, click your photo to open the menu, select “Settings”:
Step 2: Click on “App Integrations” under “General” in the menu on the left side of the page:
Step 3: Click the “Link app” button under the Two-Way Integrations section and select your CRM in the “Apps” drop down menu, click “Next”:

Disconnecting Your App CRM Integration:
If you wish to disconnect your Zillow account from the Two-Way CRM Integration, you can do so at any time by following the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your Zillow account - in the top right corner, click your photo to open the menu, select “Settings”:
Step 2: Click on “App Integrations” under “General” in the menu on the left side of the page:
